Grant H. Hoefert
Founder & Financial Advisor
Wealth is the ability to fully experience life.
It’s about the people.
I started Wealthier Way because I believe that true financial success goes beyond just accumulating wealth—it’s about using your money to live a better, more fulfilling life. Growing up, my parents were my first “clients,” and I learned from them the importance of treating others with care and respect. As I began my career in financial planning, I realized that I wanted to build something that reflected these values—a company where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered. Wealthier Way was born out of my desire to help people create peace of mind and confidence around their finances, so they can focus on the things that matter most to them.
What I love most about my work is the ability to make a real difference in people’s lives. I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life’s financial complexities, whether it’s planning for retirement, managing investments, or making smart decisions that lead to long-term security. Each client relationship is a partnership, and I’m deeply committed to building lasting, meaningful connections with the people I work with. I truly enjoy taking the stress out of financial planning and replacing it with clarity, confidence, and excitement about the future.
This work is incredibly important to me because it’s not just about numbers; it’s about people’s lives. My parents instilled in me the importance of treating others like family, and that’s how I approach every client relationship. At Wealthier Way, I strive to offer more than just financial advice—I aim to provide a roadmap for my clients to live a fulfilling, worry-free life. It’s this blend of care, respect, and financial expertise that makes my work not just a job, but a true calling.
My inspiration:
My late mom and dad. They were my first “clients,” and I strive to treat every client with the same level of care and respect I would give my parents.
Things I do everyday:
Exercise (well, I’d say most days), drink coffee, and read about a random topic that’s piqued my interest throughout the day.
My favorite things:
If you ask my yellow lab, George, he’d say scratching his ears and throwing his football.
My favorite places:
The honky-tonk sounds of Nashville, TN, and the sandy beaches of Mexico.
My education:
Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, University of South Dakota
Master of Business Administration, University of South Dakota
