At Wealthier Way, LLC (“Wealthier Way”), we recognize that our relationships with past, present, and prospective clients are based on integrity and trust. Our clients entrust us with nonpublic information and it is important that we protect their information. We respect the privacy of our clients, and we want our clients to understand the types of information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. 

Why We Collect Client Information

We gather information about our clients so that we can:

• Provide planning and investment related services to our clients.
• Comply with laws and regulations that govern us.

What Information We Collect and Maintain

In the normal course of business, we may collect personal information about our clients. Without limitation, this personal information may include the client’s name, address, date of birth, social security number, income, net worth, and other financial information. We collect this information from the following sources:

• Information clients provide within engagement agreements, account applications, and other documents related to our services.
• Information clients provide verbally and/or via electronic communications.
• Information provided by custodians and other service providers.

What Information We Disclose

We are permitted by law to disclose nonpublic information about clients to unaffiliated third parties in certain circumstances. For example, in order for us to provide planning or investment related services to clients, we may disclose their personal information to various service providers, such as our custodian.

Otherwise, we will not disclose any personal information about a client or their account(s) unless one of the following conditions are met:

• We receive the client’s prior written consent.
• We have documentation that the recipient is the client’s authorized representative.
• We are permitted or required by law to disclose information to the recipient.

Arrangements with companies or independent contractors not affiliated with Wealthier Way will be subject to confidentiality agreements.

How We Protect Personal Information

We restrict and limit access to client information to only those who need the information to carry out their business functions. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect confidential client information. We will provide this Privacy Notice to all clients annually and in advance of any material changes to this Privacy Notice.
